If I am not available to support you, do you know who to contact if you feel you are in crisis?


If you need help in crisis with urgent issues such as: suicidal thoughts, abuse or assault, self-harm, bullying, relationship issues contact:

  • Your GP

  • NHS 111 textphone: Use Relay UK/ NGT to call 18001 111

  • Connect to a BSL interpreter to use NHS 111 using the SignVideo app on your smartphone or tablet.

  • Go to the hospital A & E

  • Text DEAF to 85258 for immediate support - SHOUT Crisis Support Service
